Animal Magic is a small, family run business, bringing a range of exotic and domestic animals into your home, school, nursery or workplace.
We also undertake animal shows within creches, youth clubs, care homes, nuseries and local fetes (indoors only). We cover an area within 40 miles of Buxton, providing animal encounters within Stockport, Derbyshire, Staffordshire, Cheshire, Nottinghamshire and Manchester. Our maximum distance travelling time is 1 hr and 15 minutes.
We will come and visit you at the venue of your choice, from animal parties to corporate events we can adapt to any occasion. Animals appeal to all age groups.
We provide affordable and professional animal birthday parties, animal handling workshops, educational talks and animal displays. The audience is encouraged to handle a variety of animals under our expert tuition.
Our presenters have fully enhanced CRB (now called DBS) checks, and full public liability insurance of five million pounds. Risk assessments are available on request.

We are proud to have achieved Level 3 qualifications in Zoo Animal Management, Lantra Falconry Training and Biaza training in Management of Birds of Prey for Health and Longevity. These are not just '3 hour Groupon courses', they involve assessment/examinations and years of learning. We have used this knowledge to develop excellent welfare and enrichment plans and care procedures for our animals.
Here at Animal Magic we have worked hard to obtain our license and spare no expense on our animals. We have 5 Million Public Liability Insurance and can provide risk assessments on request. We also provide extra documentation for school animal workshops such as parent letters, posters and lesson plans if requested.
I can't rate Animal Magic Parties highly enough. We have had them twice in the last 3 years and they have been absolutely fantastic on both occasions! Communication with Anna was great to book and our most recent party was led by Damian who was brilliant. He was so considerate with all the kids, so knowledgeable about all the animals and patiently answered all the kid's questions. We had a birthday party with around 12 people in attendance all in our late 20s and we had the best time! All the animals were well looked after and were very comfortable being held. Our favourites were the meerkat (jabba) the chameleon and the chocolate skunk (twirl). Would definitely recommend.
Damien & Anna are absolutely lovely. My daughter Millie & her friend Wilby had a joint 6th birthday party this weekend. Damien came with a large variety of animals, he gently explained fun and interesting facts to all the children and all animals were a hit. We have used this company twice for my son’s birthday party, he loved it so much the first time that he wanted the same party again. They have a great selection of animals which seem well cared for and relaxed when being handled. All children get the opportunity to hold everything they want to. Staff are friendly and helpful when booking and Damian, who attended on the day, was lovely and great with both the animals and children. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend
